Our Story
For 10 years Christ Church has worshipped together, walked with Jesus together, and welcomed the seeking, the hurting, and the lost into our community. We have shined our light in Kerrville, but we believe the Lord is calling us to shine even brighter.
Our Opportunity
Kerrville is a place of beauty and brokenness where people come to be both lost and found. Families needing community and support. People broken by addiction seeking help and healing. Retirees looking for rest. Adventurers, artists, and poets reveling in the glory of creation. And they all need Jesus!
Our Call
In 2021 the Lord led Christ Church to purchase 515 Harper Road, a 2-acre tract of land in the heart of Kerrville. We believe the Lord is calling us to place a building on that property. Besides establishing a permanent home for our current church body, putting down physical roots in Kerrville is essential to reaching our community and leaving a lasting legacy. In a city as rooted and fluid as Kerrville, a physical location brings both visibility and legitimacy to our witness. We are making it clear that we are here and committed to be a blessing to Kerrville and beyond.
